1. What kind of furniture do you sell?
We offer a wide range of modern and contemporary furniture including sofas, beds, dining sets, coffee tables, and more—carefully selected for both style and comfort.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our vendors’ warehouses located in Vernon, Los Angeles, and City of Industry, California to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–12 business days, depending on your location and product availability. We will email tracking information once your order ships.
4. Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes! White-glove delivery and assembly services are available upon request. Simply contact us, and we’ll coordinate the service for you at an additional charge.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
6. Can I cancel or return an order?
Yes, you may cancel your order after receiving the item if you are not satisfied.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and not assembled.
A 25% overstock fee will apply.

7. Is sales tax charged at checkout?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and displayed before you complete your order.
8. Is shopping on your website secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via Stripe’s PCI-compliant platform. We do not store any of your payment information.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at contact@catchhomedesign.com with photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
