Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Catch Home Design, we value transparency, honesty, and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone, we’ve outlined a clear and fair Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy below.


1. Inspection at Delivery

All items are inspected by our team before shipment. We ask customers to carefully inspect their items upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please note the issue on the delivery receipt and take clear photos of the damage while the item is still packaged.

  • If the delivery driver refuses to wait for inspection, please write "Driver refused to wait" and "Possible damage – subject to inspection" on the receipt.

  • Refuse the delivery if the product appears severely damaged or incorrect and notify us immediately at:

Failure to document visible damage or issues at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with replacements or refunds.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind) are subject to a restocking fee of 15–25%, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items are not returnable.

  • Items with visible signs of use, wear, or damage may not be accepted or may qualify for a partial refund only.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging to contact@catchhomedesign.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

We do not accept damage claims after 48 hours unless the damage was properly documented at delivery.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


5. Missed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or missed without cause (e.g., not damaged or incorrect):

  • You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

  • Carriers may charge storage or redelivery fees if no one is available at the scheduled time.

  • You must be ready to accept delivery within 1–3 weeks after your order is ready to ship.


6. Claims Process

All claims must be submitted by email to contact@catchhomedesign.com within 24–48 hours, and must include:

  • A completed claim form (provided upon request)

  • Clear photographs of any damage

  • Proof of delivery with damage noted

All claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days by our Claims Department. Delivery personnel or sales representatives are not authorized to approve claims.
