Local Delivery

All items listed as in-stock on catchhomedesign.com are updated in real time from our vendors warehouses in Vernon, Los Angeles, or City of Industry in California. These items are available for free local delivery. We also offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Defective items due to manufacturing issues may be exchanged.

  • Or have it delivered locally via ground service at no extra cost
  • Delivery includes drop-off at the main entrance, porch, garage, or driveway
  • Appointment or signature may be required

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 0–10 business days
  • Total delivery time: 1–12 business days depending on location

Signature and ID Requirement

We require a signature and a copy of a government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery or pickup. The ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

If someone else will receive or pick up the order, the purchaser must email their ID and the name of the pickup person to contact@catchhomedesign.com.


Special Delivery Conditions

If any of the following apply, please contact us before your delivery date:

  • In-home delivery
  • Assembly services
  • One flight of stairs or more
  • Sharp turns
  • Narrow or gravel driveways
  • Gated communities or condos

Inspecting Your Delivery

  • All items are inspected before shipping
  • Inspect all items carefully upon delivery
  • If damaged, write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt
  • If severely damaged or incorrect, take photos immediately and refuse delivery
  • If the driver refuses to wait, write "Truck driver refused to wait" on the receipt

What to Do if You Notice Damage or Missing Items

  • Mark "Product damaged" or list missing items before signing the delivery receipt
  • Retain the original packaging
  • Take clear photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at (888) 588-3435
  • Email your claim to contact@catchhomedesign.com

Claims cannot be processed if the receipt is signed "Received in Good Condition" or if packaging is not retained.


Unavailable or Refused Delivery

  • You must accept delivery within 1–3 weeks after your order is ready
  • The trucking company will contact you to schedule the delivery
  • If unavailable, you have 3 days to reschedule
  • After 3 days, storage fees and redelivery charges apply

If you refuse a delivery that is not defective or damaged:

  • You will be responsible for round-trip freight and a restocking fee
  • You may also be charged daily storage fees

Claims Policy

  • Only claims not noted on the delivery receipt will be reviewed by our Claims Department Manager
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours using our Claims Form
  • Include clear photos of the damage
  • Resolution time: 3–5 business days after claim submission

Important:

  • Sales reps and delivery teams cannot authorize claims
  • You must call to confirm we received your claim
  • If the driver refuses to wait, write “Truck driver refused to wait” and refuse the delivery

If you sign the delivery slip without noting issues, you are accepting the shipment as is and will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

Catch Home Design is not responsible for claims if the delivery is signed for with no damage or missing item notes. All sales are final.
