We’re committed to making sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below to file a claim. We’ll review your case promptly and work to resolve it quickly.

📝 When to File a Claim

You may file a claim if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• There are missing parts in your order

⏳ Claim Deadline

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible unless the damage was documented at the time of delivery.

📸 What You’ll Need

To process your claim, please gather and submit the following:

• Order number

• Clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging (including shipping label)

  • Any noticeable defects or issues

• Delivery receipt, if applicable, especially if damage was noted

You can submit your claim in either of the following ways:

🔍 What Happens Next?

1. Claim Review: Our Claims Department will review your submission within 3–5 business days.

2. Resolution Options: Depending on your case, we may offer:

   • A replacement

   • A repair solution

   • A refund or store credit

⚠️ Important Notes

• Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

• Do not discard the item until you receive confirmation.

• Claims cannot be accepted if the delivery was signed “Received in Good Condition” and no issue was documented.
