At Catch Home Design, we aim to make your local delivery experience smooth, transparent, and reliable. Please read the following information regarding local delivery, pickup options, delivery conditions, and how to handle claims or damage issues.
Local Delivery Overview
Items listed as in stock on CatchHomeDesign.com are updated in real-time from our vendor warehouses located in Vernon, Los Angeles, and City of Industry, California. These products are eligible for free local delivery within select zip codes.
We also offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Manufacturing defects may qualify for an exchange.

Signature & ID Requirements

A signature and government-issued photo ID are required at the time of delivery or pickup.

The name on the ID must match the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

If someone else will receive the order, the purchaser must email their ID and the recipient’s full name to:

Special Delivery Conditions
If any of the following apply, contact us before your scheduled delivery:

In-home delivery or assembly required

Stairs (1 flight or more)

Sharp/narrow turns or gravel driveways

Gated communities or high-rise condos

Inspecting Your Delivery
To protect your purchase, we recommend the following upon delivery:

Inspect all items immediately upon delivery

If damage is visible, write “Damaged upon arrival” on the delivery receipt

If the item is severely damaged or incorrect:

Take photos while it’s still packaged
-
Refuse the delivery
-

If the driver refuses to wait, write “Truck driver refused to wait” on the receipt
If Damage or Missing Items Are Found

Mark the issue on the delivery receipt (e.g., “Product damaged” or list missing items)

Retain the original packaging

Take clear photos immediately

Contact us within 48 hours at:

Claims cannot be processed if the receipt is signed “Received in Good Condition” or if the original packaging is not kept.
Unavailable or Refused Deliveries

You must be ready to accept delivery within 1–3 weeks of your order being ready

Carriers will contact you to schedule delivery

If you're unavailable, you have 3 days to reschedule

After 3 days, storage or redelivery fees may apply
If you refuse a delivery that is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for:

Round-trip shipping costs

25% restocking fee

Daily storage fees (if applicable)
Claims Policy

Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

A completed Claim Form (available upon request)

Clear photographs of any damage
-
Delivery receipt with noted issue
-
Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days by our Claims Department.
Note: Sales staff and delivery personnel are not authorized to approve claims.
You must confirm receipt of your claim by calling us.
If the driver refuses to wait, note “Truck driver refused to wait” and refuse the delivery.
If you sign the delivery slip without noting any issues, you are accepting the shipment as-is. Any replacement or repair costs will be your responsibility.
Final Notice
Catch Home Design is not responsible for damage claims if no issues are documented at delivery or if packaging is discarded.
All sales are final.
