Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Catch Home Design, we are committed to transparency, honesty, and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Inspection at Delivery
All products are carefully inspected by our team before shipment. Upon delivery, we kindly ask customers to inspect their items immediately and follow these steps:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, note the issue on the delivery receipt and take clear photos while the item is still packaged.

If the delivery driver refuses to wait for inspection, write “Driver refused to wait” and “Possible damage – subject to inspection” on the receipt.

If the item is severely damaged or not what you ordered, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at:

Important: Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit our ability to offer replacements or refunds.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Custom-made, clearance, and final-sale items are non-refundable.

Items showing signs of wear or use may be declined or partially refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send clear photos of the item and packaging to contact@catchhomedesign.com.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
We cannot accept damage claims filed after 48 hours unless the damage was properly documented at the time of delivery.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Missed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or missed without valid reason (e.g., item is not damaged or incorrect):

You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping.

A restocking fee may apply.

Carriers may charge storage or redelivery fees if no one is available at the time of delivery.

Customers must be prepared to receive the order within 1–3 weeks of it being ready to ship.
6. Claims Process
To submit a claim:

Send an email to contact@catchhomedesign.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

A completed Claim Form (provided upon request)

Clear photographs of any damage

Proof of delivery with damage clearly noted

Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days by our Claims Department. Delivery personnel and sales reps are not authorized to approve claims.
